In the rare event that you cannot extract your forms if you email me I will help you out if necessary by extracting the form and emailing it back to you.

For those of you without PC access you will need to ring me on 01332 814602 to make the necessary arrangements. You will of course need a friend or associate who has a pc to give you this snippet

I will extract your form and email it to the organiser. You will need to send  a cheque to the Tournament organiser with your name and ID number, which I will disclose to you, on the back of the cheque.

Payments not received at the time of the draw will mean that you are not entered in the draw unless you have made some provision with the organiser
